Cancellation

Cancellation of your 2010 User Conference registration for any reason must be received in writing by February 28, 2010. A $50 USD handling fee will be withheld. No refunds will be made after February 28, 2010. Cancellation requests made after February 28, 2010 or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee. Registrants may send a substitute attendee if written notice is received prior to the conference. Written notice should be faxed to 905.238.8408 or sent by email to conference@trapezegroup.com.
