Trapeze Group Acquires GreenRide; to further expand Ride Sharing Software

Trapeze Group (“Trapeze”) today announced that it has finalized the acquisition of the assets of GreenRide, a division of Ecology and Environment (E&E) of Lancaster, New York.

GreenRide is a suite of sustainable ridesharing solutions that are designed to enhance the commuter experience. GreenRide includes web-based solutions for carpooling, vanpooling, bike buddies, specialized transportation and high occupancy toll lanes.
