Trapeze to Participate in Transit Technology Exchange
Session at CTAA Expo to showcase Web and IVR solutions
May 12, 2003 (Scottsdale, AZ) –Trapeze Software will be participating in the Transit Technology Exchange on Tuesday May 20th during the CTAA Expo in Philadelphia, PA.
Trapeze Software Solutions Consultant, Jerry Douglas will presenting a number of transportation technologies including PASS-Web, a system which allows paratransit clients to book, confirm or cancel trips online. Mr. Douglas will also showcase the new Trapeze IVR product, a voice-XML based system which reduces call center volumes and improves client services.
The one-day session will include demonstrations of these and other Trapeze products including PLAN for demand forecasts and service planning and mobile computing interfaces for real-time information.
"This is a terrific forum for those interested in new technologies to not only hear more about them but also to get a hands-on demonstration of how they work and how they can benefit increasingly budget-concious paratransit and fixed route agencies," Mr. Douglas explains.
The full line of Trapeze solutions will also be demonstrated at the company's booth during the Trade Fair on Wednesday May 21 and Thursday May 22.
