Trapeze Enhances Enterprise Offering with Leading Asset Management Solutions for Public Transport

- Adds FleetFocus, RailFocus, LinearFocus and EquipmentFocus Solutions to Trapeze Enterprise Portfolio -

SAN DIEGO, CA, October 6, 2008 — Trapeze Group today announced that it is now offering leading asset management solutions for public transport. The company has added the FleetFocus, RailFocus, LinearFocus and EquipmentFocus products from AssetWorks to the Trapeze Enterprise offering.

AssetWorks, formerly the Asset Solutions division of MAXIMUS, was acquired by Trapeze’s parent company Constellation Software Inc. on September 30, 2008 and is now operated as a separate division under Trapeze Group. AssetWorks solutions are used by more than 80 public transportation systems, including 6 of the top 10 transits in the U.S. In addition to serving bus and rail public transportation, AssetWorks has the largest market share of fleet software customers in many industries.

• LinearFocus – helping rail organizations plan and track the history of inspections, defects, repairs, and maintenance of linear assets, including rail track, catenary lines and poles, electric traction, and more.

• EquipmentFocus – a comprehensive equipment maintenance management system that tracks all functions related to the maintenance of transit facilities and equipment, including processing repair and preventive maintenance work orders, tracking operating expenses and licensing, and tracking and billing for equipment usage
