Trapeze DriverMate is an affordable, easy to deploy alternative to demand response mobile computing. It uses handheld devices to connect vehicles, the dispatch center and the ‘back office’ in real-time. Our software applications are proven on Windows CE, Windows Embedded, BlackBerry and Android for Tablet computing (e.g. Samsung Galaxy Tablet). Trapeze SupervisorMate is an affordable and intuitive mobile solution for demand response field supervisors. It allows them to track the real location of each vehicle in a demand response fleet using mobile computers. This software application is proven on Windows CE, Windows Embedded, BlackBerry and Android for Tablet computing (e.g. Samsung Galaxy, Motorola Xoom). Users also have access to driver manifests and can make real-time adjustments once disruptions or delays are experienced.

SupervisorMate monitors all vehicles on an interactive map. It uses a color-coded alert system for real time display of a configurable supervisor-specific violations set. Supervisors can react promptly. For example, they can assume runs or trips, send messages or perform vehicle spot checks.
