I’ve never heard of ThinkTransit. What is it?

ThinkTransit: The Trapeze Technology Conference was formerly known as the Trapeze User Conference. In light of the evolution of the conference, we needed a new name that properly represented what the conference was all about: a place for transit professionals to learn transit trends and best practices, advance their agency with cutting-edge technology and engage with industry experts.

When was the 2019 ThinkTransit Conference?

The conference took place at the Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina in Tampa, Florida on April 14-17, 2019. See the recap here.

When does registration open?

Registration for the 2020 conference will begin in late 2019. Subscribe to ThinkTransit updates (in the top right) to stay in the loop.

How much does it cost to register?

We have a variety of pricing tiers, including an early bird rate and group packages. 

What is included in the registration?

Conference registration includes:

  • Delegate package
  • All sessions and materials
  • Access to the Solution Center
  • Welcome reception (Sunday evening)
  • Breakfast and lunch (Monday – Wednesday)
  • Closing reception (Wednesday evening)

Spouse and guest registration includes:

  • Welcome reception (Sunday evening)
  • Closing reception (Wednesday evening)
  • No sessions
If I can’t attend the closing reception, can I get a discounted rate?

No, the registration is inclusive of all meals and evening functions.

What are my payment options?

Credit card is preferred but checks will be accepted if necessary. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.

If I didn’t receive an invoice, can this be resent?

Yes, forward this request to the ThinkTransit Team at conference@trapezegroup.com

How do Sponsors/Exhibitors register?

Sponsors/exhibitors can email conference@trapezegroup.com to register.

Is there a hotel discounted rate?

Yes! The hotel discounted rate is unique for ThinkTransit attendees – stay tuned for more information on reserving your hotel room.

When and where is the 2020 Conference taking place?

The 2020 Conference will take place April 19-22 in Tucson, Arizona at the JW Starr Pass.

 
Sessions/Agenda Questions
When will the agenda be released?

The 2020 agenda will be released shortly - around December 2019. To make sure you get notified when it comes out, sign up for updates (top right corner of this website).
