As the curtains draw on the vibrant event that was ThinkTransit 2024, we reflect on three days filled with insightful discussions, inspiring talks, and groundbreaking demonstrations. From the warm Tucson welcome on Day 1 to the celebratory awards ceremony on Day 3, each moment was a testament to the collective passion and commitment driving the future of transit.
The excitement kicked off with a warm welcome from Sabrina Herrera, Assistant General Manager of Sun Tran, setting the tone for what was to be an incredible event. Mj Maynard’s keynote address illuminated the future of transit in Southern Nevada, resonating deeply with attendees. The interactive yard management demo by Vontas showcased cutting-edge solutions in transit management, setting the stage for innovative discussions to follow.
Day 2 delved deeper into innovation with engaging product showcases and Transit Unplugged Live sessions featuring top transit CEOs. Attendees explored groundbreaking solutions reshaping transit management and operations, while the Solution Center buzzed with activity. Vontas also signed up attendees for the new Vontas Customer Portal highlighted the commitment to enhancing accessibility and support.
The final day began with our ThinkTransit Awards of Excellence and a keynote address from special guests RATP Dev GM Tucson, Steve Spade, and RATP Dev USA VP, Client Relations, Robert Smith sharing insights into innovations at Sun Tran.
